  • Our grazing carts are mobile, fully styled food displays that roll into your event ready to serve. Everything is presented directly on the cart. We do not offer grazing tables or traditional charcuterie tables.

  • Lean Rental means you’re renting just the cart. We drop it off looking beautiful, and you handle the food, styling, and service yourself.


    Full Service means we take care of everything — food, styling, setup, service, and cleanup. You just show up and enjoy.

  • To reserve your cart, a 60% deposit of the cart rental is due at the time of booking.
    The remaining balance is processed the day after your event and includes travel fees, food costs (if applicable), and the rest of the cart rental.

  • Not at all. While charcuterie is popular, our carts can be styled with breakfast items, brunch spreads, sweets, candy, or a mix of savoury and sweet. Menus are customized based on your event. We will send over our menus and pricing once you reach out!

    • Petite Cart is best suited for smaller gatherings, typically under 20 guests.

    • Grande Cart works well for larger events and higher guest counts.

    We’ll help you choose the right size based on your event and menu.

  • Most bookings range from 2 to 4 hours. Timing can be adjusted depending on your event.

  • Yes, with advance notice. We’re happy to accommodate common dietary needs and preferences when planning your menu.

  • Just enough space to roll in the cart and a clear path for setup. We handle the rest. Our setup takes us about 30 minutes from start to finish.

  • We’re be based in Nanoose Bay but we serve the surrounding island communities. Travel details will be discussed at booking. There is no limit to where our carts can go!

  • Your booking includes 2.5 hours of service, the items you selected on our menu, napkins, boards/cups, set up and break down plus clean up, plus 1 staff to serve your guests. The price does NOT include transportation cost.

  • Yes.
    There is a refundable damage deposit of $500 for the Petite cart and $800 for the full-size cart.
    The deposit is held on a credit card and released once the cart is returned in the same condition it was received.

  • Our deposit is non-refundable.
    However, you’re welcome to rebook the cart for another available date within one year of your original booking.
